• You acknowledge that project timelines may vary based on complexity and scope changes
• You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement or invoice

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all fees and charges at the prices then in effect
• Pay applicable taxes, if any
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method

Upon full payment for services:

• Custom code developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you upon completion
• DevUnzip retains rights to reusable components, frameworks, and general methodologies
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

We respect your confidential information and agree to protect it. We will not disclose any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, however:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver projects on time but do not guarantee specific timelines
• Post-launch support and maintenance terms are defined separately in service agreements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevUnzip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• For convenience with written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt
